His Perspective

Creating Access That Is Often Overlooked

Through his journey at Kopi Cinta, Riza learned that working with Deaf friends is not just about collaboration, but about creating access that is often overlooked.

One of his most memorable experiences was accompanying Deaf friends to learn about coffee directly at Wonosantri Coffee Plantation.

There, he saw how a simple opportunity can become truly meaningful when access is provided.

Meaning

Quiet Work, Real Impact

In the team, Riza takes on a role in finance— a role that may not always be visible, but plays an important part in keeping everything running.

From this, he realized that impact doesn’t always have to be seen. Sometimes, it grows quietly— yet still carries meaning.

Purpose

Starting with a Small Step

Riza joined Kopi Cinta because of its strong social value, especially in spreading Deaf awareness to more people.

Through his experience, he hopes to encourage others not to be afraid to start communicating with Deaf friends.

Because from that small step, we begin to understand and open access to information that has long been limited.

His Reflection

For Riza, inclusion is not about helping— it is about ensuring everyone can connect.
