Alif joined Kopi Cinta in 2024. Although he already had experience in the coffee field, this is where he found a space to continue learning and growing.
As a barista, he is always looking to improve his skills— especially in latte art, which he enjoys the most.

Practice
Every Moment is a Chance to Improve
When there are no orders, Alif uses the time to practice on his own. And when there are orders, he treats each one as an opportunity to improve his skills directly.
Through this process, he is able to see his progress over time— and that is what keeps him motivated.
He feels happy to be here, because he can continue learning while doing something he truly enjoys.
Challenge
When Communication Becomes Difficult
One of the challenges Alif often faces is communication with customers, especially when they wear masks, making it difficult for him to read lip movements.
To handle this, he usually asks customers to repeat, uses gestures, or invites them to point directly at the menu.
His Message
Alif hopes customers can speak more clearly, avoid covering their mouth, or simply point at the menu—because it helps communication a lot.
