“It’s not about ability — it’s about the opportunity to grow.”

A Place to Grow

More Than Just Work

Kopi Cinta is not only a place to work, but also a place to grow. This is not just a statement — it is a commitment we consistently uphold.

We continuously support every member of our team in developing their potential, including Ardisa, one of our Deaf baristas who has a strong passion for cooking.

What This Collaboration Represents

  • Personal growth
  • Creative expression
  • Real opportunities
  • Inclusive support

The Beginning

From Passion to Product

Ardisa is highly skilled in making a variety of foods and pastries.

Through our collaboration with Roti Arum, we provided her with a platform to develop her signature product — Roti Cinta (Love Bread).

Taking the Lead

More Than Just Making

Beyond production, Ardisa was directly involved in selling and introducing her products to customers.

Through a pop-up booth at Harmoni Cafe and Resto during Ramadan, she connected with people in her own way.

A Meaningful Response

The response was overwhelmingly positive. Customers praised the taste and quality of the products, recognizing the effort and care behind each one.

More than that, they appreciated Ardisa’s confidence and her ability to communicate with customers.

Understanding Inclusivity

Beyond Limitations

Through this experience, more people began to understand the true meaning of inclusivity.

It became clear that we are all equal — the difference lies not in our abilities, but in the opportunities we are given.

Grow Support each individual’s potential
Create Turn passion into real products
Empower Opportunities build confidence

Creating Opportunities That Matter

Roti Cinta is more than a product — it is a story of growth, courage, and opportunity.

Because sometimes, all it takes is one opportunity to show what someone is truly capable of.
